Creating Women Ministries was founded in September 2004 by the Rev. Cory L. Kemp to help people bring authentic, meaningful faith into their daily lives.
Creating Women Ministries offers coaching, workshops, seminars, journaling and articles designed to assist people in this process.
Rev. Kemp, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay with a double major in Communication and the Arts and Social Change and Development and a minor in Women's Studies, was ordained into the ministry of the Moravian Church in North America after completing her Master of Divinity degree studies through Moravian Theological Seminary.
Over twenty-five years of experience in individual and community ministries gives Rev. Kemp an informed perception about faith, its implications and struggles in everyday life. Rev. Kemp focuses her work on helping people understand their faith and how faith can become transformational in their lives.
IN THIS MOMENT, a regular feature of Creating Women Ministries, is a semi-weekly column dedicated to pondering and exploring everyday issues and world events in a theological context. From balancing our checkbooks to balancing our lives, from living in our own world to living as part of the world community, there is room to welcome God into a conversation in which we can find common ground.
