Moravian - http://www.moravianbookshop.com  Established in 1745, the Moravian Book Shop, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, is the oldest bookstore in the world.  Providing wonderful books, Moravian Stars and beautiful gifts is their specialty.  This is where I spent many happy hours while in seminary.

Lulu - http://www.lulu.com  Lulu specializes in showcasing self-published literature in a wide range of subjects.  Browse interesting works by new authors who will soon become old favorites.

Room of One's Own http://www.roomofonesown.com  Stop in at this madison, Wisconsin, bookstore or browse online for the best feminist resources, journals and thought-provoking reads.  My favorite college bookstore. 

Viva! -  http://www.vivabooks.booksense.com  An independent bookstore located in San Antonio, Texas, Viva! has strong theology and spirituality sections to encourage you on your own journey and equip you to assist other people on theirs.  Visiting this store in person invites checking out their cafe and welcoming a staff member to your table to break bread together.
